12 STRING INTONATION

True 12 String Compensation This beautiful Simon & Patrick 12 string never played in tune beyond the 3rd fret. Solution: routing out the bridge to take a thicker saddle meant that each string could be compensated individually to achieve perfect intonation. The owner now regularly uses this guitar for studio work.

Headstock repair & setup Lots of carving,filing and sanding before refinishing the whole neck with traditional nitrocellulose, new bone nut and a full service and setup. One hell of a challenge but I think she turned out pretty damn good.
